Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service Line for a large organization. This permanent role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.

• Location: Gloucester
• Hybrid working: minimum once a month in the office
• Salary: £75k - £110k + up to 18% bonus + pension and benefits

The client is a global Financial Services company, so a Financial Services background is highly desirable.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
• Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital-focused solution architecture, especially customer-centric functions
• End-to-end solution architecture for customer products, including design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership
• Expertise in Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud
• Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems
• Customer Journey experience
