The Role
Join a small, high-performing Employment team where you'll work closely with an accomplished Partner on the full spectrum of employment law matters. This is a hands-on role offering a diverse and engaging caseload, including employment contracts, discrimination claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE advice, unfair dismissal cases, Employment Tribunal representation, and matters relating to redundancies and workforce restructuring.
You'll benefit from realistic and achievable targets, giving you the space to deliver exceptional service to a loyal, high-value client base. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your own client portfolio as you take an active role in the team's business development and marketing efforts.
