Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
We are currently recruiting for a talented Solicitor to join our medical negligence team based in our Leeds office.
The successful candidate will join PartnersRoss McWilliams and Samuel Hill who have extensive experience supporting clients affected by serious and life-changing medical negligence. Ross and Samuel specialise in complex cases including birth injuries, brain and spinal injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, and fatal claims, often involving inquests.
Both are recognised byLegal 500andChambers & Partnersfor their compassionate and thorough approach. They are committed to improving patient safety and regularly engage with healthcare professionals and public forums to advocate for better standards in medical treatment.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while also assisting senior team members with more complex, high-value cases. You'll handle cases from start to finish, using your commercial and analytical skills to identify key issues and propose practical solutions for our clients. Whenever possible, you will aim to secure interim payments to facilitate rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation before claims are concluded.
