Job Title: Solar PV Electrician/Manager

The Role:As a Solar PV Electrician/Manager, you will play a critical role in our team, leading the installation and management of solar PV systems. This position offers the unique opportunity to not only apply your technical skills on the ground but also to step into management, shaping the future of our installations and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems across various sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee project timelines, budget, and resources, coordinating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and manage a team of solar professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team on strategic initiatives, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations, implementing best practices in all projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and safety in all projects.
