Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Site Manager on utility-scale solar projects.
  • Strong EPC or principal contractor background.
  • Excellent HSE, leadership, and contractor management skills.
  • SMSTS certification essential.
  • CSCS certification essential.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for site delivery, safety, and quality.
  • Manage all subcontractors across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
  • Lead site HSE performance and enforce zero-harm culture.
  • Drive programme delivery in line with project milestones.
  • Chair site meetings and coordinate daily activities.
  • Interface with the client, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate site reporting and documentation.
  • Lead inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
