Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a corporate trainer to design, deliver, and continually improve training programs for our SaaS portfolio. You will run online and in-person sessions, create assessments, and support new client onboarding and go-lives.

The role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, familiarity with LMS and video tools, and willingness to travel for onsite trainings across client sites in the UK. DBS clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as corporate/technical trainer in SaaS preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS, screen-recording and video editing tools.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory contexts and DBS readiness is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for internal and external users.
• Deliver engaging online and in-person training as the subject matter expert for the core product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, technical trainer, or clinical educator, ideally within a SaaS environment.

• Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), screen-recording, and video editing tools.

• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, consent, permissions) is desirable, though not essential.

• A collaborative, self-starter mindset with strong organisational abilities and adaptability.

• Willingness to undertake regular business travel for onsite training and go-live support.

• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and willing to undergo a basic DBS check.
