Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Content Creation: Design, update, and maintain dynamic training modules, video tutorials, and interactive learning resources.
- Multi-Channel Delivery: Lead engaging, clear, and interactive training sessions both virtually and face-to-face.
- Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through seamless platform adoption, tailoring sessions to fit varying technical abilities and operational workflows.
- Competency & Continuous Improvement: Develop skills assessments, gather user feedback, and continuously refine training materials to elevate the user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and account management teams to support software demonstrations, client workshops, and go-live events.
- Self-Management: Autonomously manage your own backlog and schedule to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with team goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Training Background: Experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, SaaS Educator, or Clinical Specialist delivering software or systems training.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), screen-recording/video tools, and modern SaaS platforms.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills, with a talent for breaking down complex technical concepts into accessible language.
- Adaptable & Patient: High empathy and patience when guiding users with diverse levels of technical expertise.
- Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with occasional business travel to customer sites across England for on-site training workshops and go-live support.
- Industry Knowledge (Desirable): Prior exposure to healthcare workflows (e.g., patient pathways, referrals, consent) or regulatory frameworks (GDPR, data governance) is a plus, but not essential.
