In this Software Manager - Embedded role, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading a team of around 10 embedded Software Engineers. The team handles the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to product delivery.
2. Remaining very technical and close to the technology. A strong working knowledge is required, along with the ability to lead technical board meetings with experienced embedded software engineers.
3. Coaching and leading design team members.

The successful candidate will have a passion for embedded software engineering and be capable of inspiring the team to achieve the next level.

The key skills required for this Software Manager - Embedded role are:

• Extensive experience in engineering team leadership and hands-on embedded programming skills.
• Several years of experience working as an engineer before moving into leadership roles are preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Jira methodologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and networking.
