A prominent financial services firm is seeking a Software Engineer Lead in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of software solutions, particularly in optimizing ETL workflows using tools like Informatica. As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location with responsibilities that may require time in the office or in the field. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager’s discretion.

As a Software Engineer Lead, you will be part of an Agile engineering team where you will be responsible for technical design and development within our Lending Technology line of business. You will work with testers to address bugs or defects and propose and design solutions. This role requires fluidity and flexibility, as it is not a role with specific day-to-day tasks. You will also mentor other team members.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $158,700.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
