Compensation

$125,000-130,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a team of developers with clear technical direction and mentorship.
• Overseeing architectural decisions to ensure system scalability and security.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams across the organization.
• Driving best practices in coding, version control, testing, and deployment.
• Designing and maintaining core software components in .NET and SQL.
• Supporting Agile initiatives alongside a dedicated Scrum Master.
