Job summary

The Portfolio Group is recruiting a Business Development Manager in Manchester. You will sit client demos, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue targets while managing daily KPIs and a busy diary. This role requires FCA-regulated insurance experience and a collaborative mindset to work with BSCs and peers.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, maintain a high standard of professionalism, and contribute to a dynamic, ambitious sales team focused on growth and success.

Qualifications

Experience with FCA-regulated insurance preferred.
Must be able to meet monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
Ability to diary-manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

To sit client demos and generate new business opportunities.
Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics and revenue targets.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline daily to support a fast-paced journey.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure high team performance and demo bookings.
Engage with decision-makers at senior levels with a consultative, solution-led approach.
