Job summary

TEAM is seeking a Business Development Manager to inherit an existing portfolio and drive new business growth. You will build long-term relationships with SMEs, understand their IT needs, and present tailored managed services and cybersecurity solutions.

You will earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential, and enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements, training, and clear progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience within IT/Managed Services or a similar sector.
• Proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting.
• Experience producing commercial proposals and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and customer activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts while identifying further opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals before managing opportunities through to successful completion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
• Work closely with technical specialists to deliver tailored IT solutions for customers.
