Job summary

Catering in Manchester is seeking a Business Development Manager to join a high-performing team. You will close deals after product demonstrations, with three Lead Generators scheduling meetings for you, and meetings held via Zoom or Teams.

You’ll also have opportunities to attend events and seminars to expand the client base. With a base salary of £35,000 plus a £1,500 joining bonus and uncapped commissions up to £250,000, this role offers significant earning potential.

• Strong closing skills are essential.
• Experience in B2B sales or enterprise software is a plus.

Business Development Manager – Manchester

£35,000 basic + £1,500 joining bonus & uncapped comms up to £250,000

Are you currently a successful BDM who wants to move further up the ladder, have the chance to get away from the desk, and close deals without having to prospect?

In our team you will have 3 Lead Generators who will book qualified meetings into your diary daily, which means you solely focus on sitting with decision makers, going through a full product demonstration on how to use our platform, and close sales.

Your meetings will be conducted via Zoom or Teams, and with us having a platform that’s been awarded as the best in the industry, everyone will know who you work for, what you sell, and why we do it well. All you need to do is tailor the product to their needs.

We are happy for you to get away from your desk and attend events, webinars & seminars.

If you do well, we will promote you to Senior BDM, and then Sales Partner. How does being at the very top of your game, earning £300,000+ a year sound to you?

As a Business Development Manager, you receive:

• Choose your own deal song, which will be played on the screens when you close deals
