The Portfolio Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their award-winning consultancy team. This field-based role covers the UK and offers a guaranteed minimum salary of 60K, with a realistic OTE of 155K+, uncapped commission, and a range of benefits including a company car or allowance.

You will use a consultative sales approach to develop new business, supported by a robust training program, ongoing career development, and industry-leading incentives. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of B2B sales experience and a passion for achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in self-generated lead development and relationship building.
• Field sales experience is essential.
