Job description

Join Arcus FM as our Soft Services Operations Director, leading the delivery of exceptional workplace and soft services across a major multi-site integrated facilities management contract. You'll ensure operational excellence across cleaning, waste, hygiene, pest control, window cleaning, grounds maintenance, and front-of-house - driving consistency, innovation, and service quality at every touchpoint.

  • Lead and inspire a team of regional and service leads to deliver best-in-class FM operations.

  • Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all sites, maintaining high standards and value for money.

  • Manage and develop supply chain partnerships, from selection through mobilisation and performance monitoring.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operations with strategic and commercial objectives.

  • Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement across all service lines.

  • Champion health, safety, and statutory compliance in all aspects of service delivery.

  • Proven leadership in soft services within an integrated FM environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep knowledge of cleaning, waste, hygiene, and workplace operations.

  • Experience managing multi-site teams and supplier networks.

  • IOSH/NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification preferred.

  • A passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
