You'll play a key role in delivering world-class integrated facilities management (IFM) services. This is a highly visible position where you'll act as the single point of contact for your area, ensuring smooth service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction.

As a Soft Services Manager you'll:

  • Take ownership of IFM service delivery across your designated areas, always aiming for service excellence
  • Be the go-to contact for your business area, ensuring services meet SLA and contract requirements
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, driving innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards
  • Monitor budgets and control costs in line with client agreements
  • Ensure full compliance with Sodexo policies, client standards, and all statutory Health & Safety requirements
  • Drive service development through planned initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement projects

What we're looking for:

  • Background in facilities management or corporate services
  • IOSH Working Safely qualification is desirable
  • Strong customer focus with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Experience in people management, performance development, and team engagement
  • Solid understanding of SHEQ principles, with the ability to manage risks and controls
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • A positive, hands-on leadership style
