Qualifications

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Separated Children's Team in the East Midlands!

The role:

  • You will join an ambitious authority where you can use your knowledge and expertise to deliver positive outcomes for children and families; building meaningful relationships with young people, their families and carers, to ensure proactive planning for the future of every child.
  • This is a large team that works with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (under 18) and with families who have no recourse to public funds.

Requirements:

  • Social work degree and also hold Social Work England registration
  • Completed your ASYE and have experience working in a front line social work team.
  • Previous experience with a Children in Care setting - Your experience could have been gained whilst working in a LAC, court team, attending court whilst working in a safeguarding service or another area of children’s services.
