Overview

Social Worker Level 2 – West Community Wellbeing Team

We’re looking for passionate, ambitious, and dedicated Social Workers to join our West Community Wellbeing Team. There are vacancies in the Lincoln North, Hykeham, Gainsborough and Lincoln South Teams. What you’ll do
  • Work closely with adults and families to provide tailored support and care planning in a strengths-based and person-centred way, recognizing community assets and strengths.
  • Champion independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, community partners, and colleagues to deliver joined-up services.
  • Bring compassion, resilience, and creativity to complex situations.
  • Help develop our workforce through supervision of up to 4 Community Care Officers.

Location and travel

This role is based in the community, so it’s essential that you have the means to travel when required. Hybrid working will be a feature of this role with a nominated contractual work base; you will be required to commute to this base when necessary. Working arrangements will be discussed as part of the appointment process.
