What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of children with a focus on progressing and delivering long‑term plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and apply thresholds effectively.
• Carry out home visits and direct work with children and families.

• Collaborate with Social Work Assistants, Family Support Workers, and various specialists to drive positive changes.
• Participate in reflective supervision every four weeks and seek guidance from your line manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree‑level qualification in social work and be registered with Social Work England.
