What you will do

• Conduct assessments, support planning, and Capacity assessments for adults with learning disabilities.
• Work closely with ICB/CHC teams to complete checklists and attend relevant funding discussions.
• Manage Court of Protection applications and handle safeguarding triages and enquiries.
• Efficiently manage a varied caseload with competing priorities, showcasing your organisational skills and dedication to providing top-notch social work services.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
• Relevant experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, including assessments and planning.
