  • Manage a small caseload and support Social Workers with complex cases, ensuring all children receive the care and guidance they require.
  • Provide management oversight by completing supervision, chairing strategy meetings, and leading stability meetings.
  • Participate in duty cover once a week, with the possibility of additional cover as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to develop best practices and uphold high standards in care and support.
