Your Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who has their finger firmly on the pulse of what's trending online.

You'll help create and publish social‑first content within our Originals team making new shows for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube. You'll help brainstorm, create, polish and publish short‑form videos that tap into the conversations people are already having – across parenting, women's lifestyle and fashion.

This is a hands‑on, creative role where no two days are the same. You just need a sharp eye, strong instincts, and a genuine love for storytelling.

Day to day you will:
  • Manage posting and scheduling across Fabulous' Original Video branded social channels, ensuring platform‑specific tone and optimisation.
  • Drive growth, engagement and revenue KPIs across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
  • Create and execute platform‑specific content strategies to boost reach, followers and community interaction.
  • Ensure social content aligns with editorial priorities, commercial goals, and brand values.
  • Continuously analyse social data and audience feedback to inform best practices, testing, and innovation.
  • Develop repeatable content frameworks (hooks, formats, CTAs, storytelling templates)
  • Spot trends, sounds and formats that could inspire future videos.
