As part of their next stage of growth, they’re on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to lead the charge in building their digital presence. From crafting engaging content to nurturing online communities, you’ll play a central role in amplifying the brand and driving its influence to new heights.

About the Role

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s digital presence, focusing on key channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube. You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across brand, product, and partnerships, working closely with the wider team to deliver activity aligned with the marketing calendar.

A key part of the role will be building a long-term, cost-effective approach to organic social, creating content that drives brand awareness, attracts new customers, and fosters loyalty and engagement. You’ll oversee content production, briefing and managing assets such as stories, feed posts, and other digital formats, while ensuring the brand voice remains consistent across all channels and resonates with the audience.

You’ll also take a strategic approach to understanding cultural, community, media, and market trends, using these insights to inform creative content development. Measurement and analysis will be central to your work, ensuring campaigns are evaluated effectively and demonstrate clear value to both the business and the brand.

About you

To be considered for this Social Media Manager role you’ll have proven experience managing social channels within consumer, lifestyle, fashion, or retail. You’ll bring a strong understanding of social media best practices, analytics, and campaign performance, alongside excellent writing and storytelling skills to craft content that cuts through.

Highly organised and proactive, you’ll be confident juggling multiple platforms and campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Creativity, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach will all be essential. Experience managing influencer or ambassador partnerships is also a distinct advantage.
