Social Media Manager - Premium Beverage Brand
We’re working with an innovative and rapidly growing luxury brand in the premium beverage and alternative investments space, currently seeking a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of their organic strategy and online community. This is a high-impact, full-spectrum role — ideal for someone who can blend creative flair with commercial focus. You’ll be building and executing social-first content strategies across multiple channels with the goal of driving brand visibility, community engagement, and lead/sales conversions.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement an organic social media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Build community and trust by delivering engaging, educational, and conversion-focused content.
- Lead content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and creative briefing.
- Refresh and optimise video and thought-leadership content (YouTube included).
- Manage agency relationships for content production and platform growth.
- Drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through compelling digital storytelling.
- Monitor sentiment, reviews (e.g., Trustpilot), and feedback across platforms.
- Use insights and social media analytics to drive performance and iterate strategy.
What We\'re Looking For
- 5+ years in social media or digital content roles, ideally in alcohol, luxury goods, or eCommerce sectors.
- Proven ability to build conversion-driven content and campaigns that translate into leads or sales.
- Strong platform expertise: Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp.
- Strong copywriting and creative direction abilities. Bonus if you can shoot/edit content or guide production teams.
- Confident using social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment — hands-on and proactive.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with or around whisky, spirits, or premium/luxury categories.
- Familiarity with brand storytelling, education-based content, and community-building tactics.
- Some creative/production skillset (photography, video editing, Canva, Adobe Suite).
