This is a pivotal role in building awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the Trust through impactful paid campaigns and content across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging channels.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, and Regional Marketers, you’ll ensure paid and organic social media activities complement each other - creating a cohesive, insight-led presence that strengthens our brand reputation and supports occupancy growth across our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Strategy & Management
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality enquiries.
  • Build and test audience targeting and segmentation strategies using CRM insights and lookalike audiences.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Create campaign briefs and collaborate with the Graphic Designer, Marketing Executive, and Regional Marketers to develop creative assets and ad copy.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve ROI, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
  • Work with the Customer Services and Digital Marketing teams to ensure accurate enquiry capture and campaign attribution.
Insight, Reporting & Optimisation
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards on campaign performance, identifying key trends, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Hootsuite etc.) to track and evaluate success.
  • Use insights to inform wider marketing, content, and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain oversight of ad spend tracking and forecasting.
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with the Marketing Executive to align paid and organic content in theme, tone, and timing.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring on social analytics, performance measurement, and audience growth.
  • Support the delivery of social media training and resources to home managers.
  • Use Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to create or adapt visual assets for campaigns.
  • Share insights and best practices with the wider marketing team.
  • Co-manage the Marketing inbox, coordinating responses and requests from care homes.
About You

We’re looking for a creative and analytical individual with proven experience managing paid social media campaigns and a passion for storytelling that drives measurable results.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and at least one other ad platform (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Proven track record in delivering performance‑led social media campaigns, ideally in a service or multi‑site organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑led decision making and optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and ability to report on campaign performance.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • A creative eye for impactful content and compelling ad storytelling.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in lead generation and CRM‑integrated campaigns.
  • Knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution.
  • Understanding of the care or not‑for‑profit sector.
