Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on making decisions, clearing roadblocks, and driving teams forward? Gymshark’s Social Content team is looking for a Social Content Manager responsible for enabling your team, making high‑impact decisions, and partnering closely with brand and creative leaders to deliver best‑in‑class global social campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing the campaign team, owning and managing the seasonal campaign calendar ensuring that your direct team and key stakeholders are aware and aligned with upcoming activity. The ideal candidate must be a strong planner, have a passion for leading a team, know the social landscape and the latest trends, whilst simultaneously having the ability to drive commercial results.

This isn’t a hands‑on creative role, it’s about strategy, alignment, and action planning. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly, KPIs are hit, and your team has the resources, guidance, and clarity they need to excel.

You’ll thrive in this role if:
  • You have agency or freelance experience and are comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • You can bring creative thinking, strategic planning, and commercial awareness together to deliver high‑impact social campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Oversee global social campaigns, including product launches, store openings, and events.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand, Media, and CRM teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality social content.
  • Implement social media strategy to drive KPIs, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Recruit, develop, and support the social content team, providing training and resources.
  • Manage campaign planning, budgets, schedules, and approvals for content execution.
  • Monitor trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Maintain content quality, brand protection, and risk management processes.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Promote social media literacy and best practices within the wider business.
What you’ll need:
  • Flexibility to work out-of-hours when needed.
  • 3+ years as a Social Media Manager, with line management experience.
  • Experienced in delivering KPI-driven campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest asker, Snapchat) and managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in მზად campaign planning, execution, optimisation, reporting, and brand storytelling, including coordinating regional priorities.
  • Commercially aware, confident communicator, and effective stakeholder manager across teams and senior leaders.
  • Creative, solutions-focused, agile, collaborative, and commercially pragmatic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; experienceérioCep creative tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) preferred.
  • Self-driven, curious, with high professional integrity and a passion for understanding audiences.
  • This role will require 3 days per week in-office attendance (Solihull).
