Gymshark’s Social Content team is looking for a Social Content Manager responsible for enabling your team, making high‑impact decisions, and partnering closely with brand and creative leaders to deliver best‑in‑class global social campaigns.
You will be responsible for managing the campaign team, owning and managing the seasonal campaign calendar ensuring that your direct team and key stakeholders are aware and aligned with upcoming activity. The ideal candidate must be a strong planner, have a passion for leading a team, know the social landscape and the latest trends, whilst simultaneously having the ability to drive commercial results.
This isn’t a hands‑on creative role, it’s about strategy, alignment, and action planning. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly, KPIs are hit, and your team has the resources, guidance, and clarity they need to excel.
