Responsibilities
  • Support adults with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs.
  • Work in a domestic property within the community to help female adults live the best lives they can.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to help clients achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
  • Demonstrate care, compassion, and an understanding of the needs of people who suffer with mental illness.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, resilience and vigilance in a challenging environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs is desirable.
  • Applicants must be 18 years old or over.
  • Strong communication skills are beneficial for working within a supportive all-female environment.
