A prominent educational institution in Hull is seeking a Skills Coach in Motor Vehicle. As our Skills Coach in Motor Vehicle, you will be required to induct, coach, review, mentor, monitor and track learners on apprenticeship programmes, on employers’ premises, on‑site at the college and working remotely. The post will involve contributing to the delivery, assessment and progress of learners on their apprenticeship programmes to ensure they have the appropriate skills for a life of work. The post holder will be expected to deliver apprenticeship standards and will be responsible for coaching learners to achieve skills, behaviours and knowledge to pass their apprenticeship to a distinction level wherever possible.
The Skills Coach in Motor Vehicle will maintain a caseload of apprentices using our online e‑portfolio system, in line with Hull College policy and to be agreed with the line manager based on the particular sector subject area(s), the type of employment placement and geographical spread of our students.
This role may also be required to undertake Internal Verification duties.
