Qualifications

• Experience in site services, facilities, utilities or maintenance engineering role.
• Confident in fault finding and diagnosing issues across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for utilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair site utilities including air compressors and HVAC systems.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and safely, diagnosing faults and restoring service.
