We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor Retrofit, based from our Leeds office and covering the surrounding region, to lead the day-to-day delivery of energy-efficiency and retrofit projects. You will ensure safe, compliant and high-quality work across multiple properties, coordinating operatives and subcontractors, liaising with residents and client teams, and maintaining programme, quality and H&S compliance at all times.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisational skills, technical awareness of retrofit and asset‑improvement works, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER
  • Supervise day‑to‑day delivery of retrofit and planned maintenance projects
  • Coordinate operatives and subcontractors to meet programme, productivity and KPI targets
  • Ensure all works follow specifications, drawings, method statements and risk assessments
  • Conduct pre‑inspections and provide clear, timely reports
  • Ensure all variations are correctly identified, recorded and agreed with clients
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including H&S files, permits and F10 where applicable
  • Ensure all works meet required quality standards, retrofit specifications and PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 principles (if applicable)
  • Deliver and reinforce safe systems of work, including toolbox talks and onsite briefings
  • Monitor onsite compliance, escalating issues promptly and ensuring corrective actions are closed out
  • Act as the onsite point of contact for residents and client teams
  • Build strong working relationships to support performance, communication and customer satisfaction
  • Support programme planning, sequencing and access management
  • Monitor progress against daily / weekly targets and adjust resource allocation when needed
ABOUT YOU

As a Site Supervisor Retrofit, you will have :

Essential Experience
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within retrofit, planned works or maintenance
  • Background managing multi‑trade works across occupied residential properties
  • Strong understanding of energy‑efficiency, fabric improvements or property refurbishment
  • Experience liaising with residents, client representatives and multiple trade teams
Essential Skills & Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of H&S legislation and safe onsite supervision
  • Understanding of SOR codes, variation processes and work documentation
  • Ability to produce clear reports and communicate technical information effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work fronts
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and digital job‑management tools
  • SSSTS
Qualifications (Desirable but advantageous)
  • SMSTS (preferred) or equivalent site supervision qualification
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Scaffold inspection training
  • Retrofit or PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 understanding (training can be provided)
Other Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel between sites across the region
