We''re looking for a Site Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning and catering teams across multiple client sites.

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift: 5 out of 7 - flexible

Rate of Pay: £14.10 per hour

Location: Herts HPFT NHS, Little Plumstead Hospital, Hospital Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR135EW

Responsibilities
  • Manage a cleaning and catering teams, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
  • Manage catering operations on site, including, but not limited to - food ordering, food delivery, stock rotation etc.
  • Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
  • Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
  • Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
