Qualifications

• Proven track record managing contractors in Hard FM Commercial/industrial properties.
• Ability to lead large teams effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of M&E building services and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all contractors and visitors are managed according to procedures.
• Liaison between subcontractors, JLL, and the client.
• Conduct pre-start meetings and manage compliance paperwork.
