Randstad CPE is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for one of our trusted clients in Bath. You will lead an in-house team, ensure smooth resident journeys, and uphold safety and compliance standards on site.

This permanent, full-time role is 37 hours per week with development opportunities and potential travel to sister sites for training. A proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication with residents are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations or customer-facing environments with direct staff management.
• Strong face-to-face communication with residents and teams.
• Proactive and health-and-safety conscious with attention to compliance and records.
• Practical leadership and reliability over formal qualifications.

Aufgaben

• Direct and line-manage an in-house team of 9 tradespeople and 2 cleaners, delegating tasks and rotas.
• Maintain daily contact with residents to support their journey and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Oversee site health, safety and compliance; coordinate with subcontractors for larger works.
• Complete admin duties, reporting and compliance records; support emergency procedures.
