Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting on behalf of a national client for an Assistant Building Manager to join their onsite team in Bath.

You will be the face of the building, delivering excellent customer service, managing front-of-house operations and supporting a welcoming resident community.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a competitive salary up to £34,500, plus a pension scheme and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising customer-facing teams.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or residential properties.
• Strong problem-solving and approachable leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for resident enquiries and community activities.
• Supervise reception and community hub operations.
• Coordinate daily rotas for customer service and housekeeping staff.
• Oversee cleaning standards and coordinate contractor visits.
• Support occupancy targets by hosting property tours and generating leads.
