Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a developer based in the Home Counties. The developer primarily builds within TRAD residential and commercial sectors within the Home Counties with developments ranging between 20 - 100 units and a mixture of new build houses and flats.

The project consists of 40 new build TRAD flats and houses based in Haverhill, Suffolk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the project standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager.
• Sequencing and short‑term programming.
• Trade management and site inductions.
• Raise permits.
• Conduct toolbox talks.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Influence health & safety on site.
• Q/A activities.
