Job description

Site Manager / Project Manager – Passivhaus Project, Central London

This project is the conversion/refurbishment of existing buildings in Central London into student accommodation that will be Passivhaus certified. It has a total budget of approximately £15 million, split into four manageable phases.

We are looking for a No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager or a strong No.2 Site Manager with previous Passivhaus experience.

• Have you previously managed a Passivhaus Project?
• Do you have past experience delivering buildings with ultra‑low energy consumption and excellent indoor air quality?

This is a permanent position, with interviews taking place in January.
