• Weekly reports to Contract Management.

Job description

Expert Construction welcomes applications from suitably qualified Site Managers for this vacancy, with the project due to commence at the end of September 2025. This Main Contractor have a large number of projects due to come to site and require a Site Manager with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.

2 x Projects, 14 no units and 40 no units. Traditional Build, 3 bed semi-detached

Location: North Antrim

Project start date: September 2025

Package around £45 - 50k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
• Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
• Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
• Health & Safety / Risk assessments
• Weekly reports to Contract Management
• Accurate record keeping

Key skills / Qualifications

• 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects
• High level of finishing
• First Aid qualification
• Strict Health & Safety
• CSR Gold Card desirable
• Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover
