Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to work within school settings in the Moseley area. The successful candidate must have proven experience as a Site Manager in schools and a strong understanding of maintaining safe, secure, and well-managed educational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of school premises, including security, health & safety, and maintenance

  • Opening and closing the site, including alarm systems

  • Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and liaising with contractors

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and school policies

  • Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented facilities for staff, pupils, and visitors

  • Supporting the smooth running of the school during term time and holidays

Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Site Manager in a school environment (essential)

  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures within schools

  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
