Job summary

Barratt Redrow is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction on developments across the UK. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee on-site teams, ensure safety compliance, manage timelines, and deliver quality homes for customers.

You will coordinate trades, monitor costs, and liaise with internal departments to keep the build programme on track while maintaining site presentation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering to established build programmes and managing priorities.
• Proven ability to deliver targets through organised labour and resources.
• Knowledge of NHBC standards, Building Regulations and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction of a development including pre- and post-housebuilding works.
• Ensure health and safety standards, build programme delivery, and customer care.
• Coordinate labour and materials, schedule trades, and control costs.
• Conduct site inspections with inspectors and carry out toolbox talks.
• Maintain high-quality plots, approve contractor payments, and resolve defects.
