Job summary

Barratt Redrow seeks a Site Manager for our construction sites across the UK. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in delivering projects on‑time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will lead on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and customer service excellence.

You will coordinate trades, attend Sales/Build meetings, and deputise as needed, contributing to a highly professional site operation and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by on-site team and trades.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• A CIOB member or NVQ Construction Management level or time-served tradesperson.
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with Sales Team; ensure procedures and show homes are inspected.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and take related responsibilities.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced, guided, trained and supported in workload and resources.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
