Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead development sites across the UK, delivering programmes on time, to quality and within budget.

You will report to the Site Manager, coordinate trades and direct labour, liaise with Sales and ensure show homes inspections, while upholding health and safety standards and NHBC/Building Regulations. The role offers hybrid working where possible and a structured progression path within our acclaimed construction teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in working within established build programs.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge of Customer Service in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work with the Sales Team to attend regular Sales/Build meetings and inspections of show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site Construction team is fully resourced with clear responsibilities and proper training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
