Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead housing developments nationwide. You will report to the Site Manager and manage the site team and subcontractors to meet the build programme, quality and budget targets, while coordinating trades and liaising with the Sales team.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when required, ensuring resource availability, training, and clear duties, and delivering excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programmes.
• Ability to drive targets with on-site teams and trades.
• Strong prioritisation and task management skills.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and NHBC requirements.
• Customer service excellence in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures and show homes inspections are completed.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced with clear responsibilities and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners and clients.
