Job summary

Barratt Redrow is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the development from inception to completion. You will oversee the on-site team, manage the programme, quality and cost targets, and ensure effective coordination with subcontractors to deliver high-quality homes.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when needed, maintain health and safety standards, and liaise with the Sales Team to secure regular meetings and inspections of show homes.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and ensure on-site resources are well-directed.
• Ensure the construction team is fully resourced with clear job responsibilities, and supported in training and workload planning.
