Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager-level candidate to assist in delivering projects on UK sites. You will coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programmes while supporting the Site Manager to achieve quality, safety and cost targets.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will help manage resources, liaise with Sales teams, and ensure on-site teams operate with clear guidelines, delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programmes.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ Construction Management qualification.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
