Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a capable Site Manager to oversee development sites across the UK. You will assist the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme, while upholding safety and quality standards on site.

The role involves attending Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team, deputising when required, and delivering excellent customer service to homebuyers in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ in Construction Management or time served tradesman.
• In depth knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge of Customer Service and related issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work with Sales Team to attend Sales/Build meetings and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced and guided with clear responsibilities, training and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
