Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to assist the Site Manager in delivering developments on time, to budget and to the highest quality across UK sites. You will coordinate trades, labour and materials, supervise health and safety, and maintain excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you may deputise as required, attend Sales/Build meetings and help resource the construction team across sites and show homes.

Qualifications

• Experience working to established build programmes.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by on-site team and trades.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• CIOB member or NVQ level in Construction Management or time-served tradesman with experience.
• In-depth knowledge of H&S, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials.
• Attend regular Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site Construction team is resourced and well-directed, with clear responsibilities and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
