Overview

Site Manager - Care Home Project — York | 11-Month Contract

Linsco Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a three-storey traditional build care home in York. The project is currently at first floor stage with approximately 11 months remaining until completion.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Managing client relationships and providing regular updates.
• Overseeing inspections, snagging, and handovers.

Requirements

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (essential).
• Previous experience managing traditional build projects (ideally care homes or residential schemes).
• Strong knowledge of H&S and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
