Job summary

A leading construction firm is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects involving engineered timber structures, including a high-rise office block installation. The role requires expertise in glulam or CLT projects and managing installation teams. Start date is January 2026 for approximately 20 weeks. Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in delivering engineered timber structures?

Would you enjoy working for a market leading business delivering a wide range of different projects?

We have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a market leading business who are involved in projects across a wide range of different sectors. This project will start from January 2026 and run for approx. 20 weeks.

Your background working on either glulam or CLT projects, will be essential as you will be expected to oversee the installation of a highrise office block and offer any technical feedback to the client to ensure a smooth install process.

We would welcome conversations with Site Managers who :

• Have previous experience working on engineered timber structures (Glulam or CLT)
• Can manage teams of installers
• Possess solid knowledge of site health & safety
• Hold valid SMSTS & CSCS certification
