Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on a live fit‑out project
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site labour
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Conduct site inductions and maintain health & safety compliance
• Liaise with the client, project managers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit‑out projects
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Manager Card
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to drive productivity and maintain site standards
