A leading facilities management company in Lewes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations. We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Site Manager to join our team based at Church Lane, Lewes, BN72DZ.
Job Type : Permanent - Full Time.
Pay Rate : £17.00 - £18.50 per hour depending on experience.
Working Hours : 40Hrs per week, 8Hrs per day, Monday to Friday - 07 : 00Hrs to 16 : 00Hrs. (hours need to be flexible start / finish times and may include weekend as required paid as overtime)
Start Date : Immediately after successful Vetting (usually takes up to 4 weeks)
Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
As a Site Manager, you will interact and support the Operational Management team to supervise a team of cleaning staff across your dedicated sites, building an effective relationship and ensuring that employees are working productively and safely. You will be required to be an excellent communicator ensuring all team members are engaged and motivated, feel supported and valued in their work environment.
You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.
Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
